In working alongside all levels of management including CEOs, Presidents, Vice-Presidents and Senior Government Leaders, Shayla possesses broad cross-functional experience in managing high profile daily mission operational requirements. Her capabilities, and strategic intent, as well as her aptitude in the implementation of business management concepts and principles has paved the way in her becoming a “trusted advisor” to many within senior government and contracting community.
