Our CEO

Shayla Edgerton is the founder and CEO of Immerse Analytics LLC. Shayla, a career program management professional with over 15 years’ experience, is a forward thinker with deep intelligence business industry knowledge. She has a consistent record of success in the management of business critical projects, bottom-line orientation, and high quality and on-time transfer of deliverables in challenging situations. An excellent problem solver with strategic and tactical skills, Ms. Edgerton is a strong leader who inspires confidence and trust in others and motivates program staff members to perform at high levels to consistently exceed program expectations. In working alongside all levels of management including CEOs, Presidents, Vice-Presidents and Senior Government Leaders, Shayla possesses broad cross-functional experience in managing high profile daily mission operational requirements. Her capabilities, and strategic intent, as well as her aptitude in the implementation of business management concepts and principles has paved the way in her becoming a “trusted advisor” to many within senior government and contracting community.
