Job Description: Provides cost/price analysis support with comprehensive knowledge of the full scope of laws, regulations, and policies that affect both the development of IGCEs and the cost/price analysis of proposal submitted for all pre-award contracting activities up to and including contract award.
Job Requirements
- Requires 8-12 years of experience – Senior Level w/Bachelor’s Degree
- Requires 13+ years of experience – Expert Level w/Master’s degree
- Must have performed relevant actions with relevant experience within the last 2 years.
- Perform cost/price analysis on the various elements of major contractor proposals, reviewing in detail the significant direct and indirect cost elements.
- Assists in the development of and/or make recommendations for the cost/price objectives to be used in negotiations.
- Provide a forecast of price trends, economic factors and efficiencies in production for future accounting periods using analytical techniques such as random sampling, cost models, and parametric cost models.
- Request, coordinate and integrate into a comprehensive pricing report the various technical evaluations of cost elements
- Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies to solve issues.

- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for program management and acquisition-based requirements and it’s enabling services.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the FAR/DFAR, and other IC/DoD statutes and regulation policy
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in resolving multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues.
